Collection: Pokemon TCG Single Rarity - Rare

If a Pokémon card's rarity symbol is a black or white star, it's at least a Rare. Check if any parts of the card have a holographic foil. If no part of the card is foil, or if every part of the card except the art is foil, then it's a normal Rare.

Normal booster packs contain one or more cards that are Rare or higher. So a given booster pack may not have any cards that are Rare if the Rare slot is occupied by something like a Holo Rare or Ultra Rare.
