Night City is coming to Toronto!

We’re excited to announce that Emmett’s ToyStop in Toronto will be hosting Cyberpunk TCG Beta Events, giving local players a chance to experience the upcoming trading card game in a competitive sealed format.

Whether you’re already following Cyberpunk TCG or you’re completely new to the game, this is a great opportunity to jump in, build a deck from a fresh pool of cards, and see what Night City has to offer.

Cyberpunk TCG Beta Event in Toronto

The Beta Event uses a Sealed format, meaning you’ll build your deck using cards you open at the beginning of the event.

Each player receives a Beta Event Kit containing:

• 6 Welcome to Night City Beta booster packs
• 3 additional random Legend cards
• 1 Beta Event promo card — the Nova Rare “Mantis Blades”
• A full set of Cyberpunk TCG polyhedral dice

You’ll have 60 minutes to build your deck before the tournament begins.

The deckbuilding rules give you plenty of room to experiment. Your main deck must contain at least 30 non-Legend cards, and you can choose up to three colours for your deck. You’ll also play with exactly three Legend cards.

One of the fun parts of the Beta Event is that cards you don’t use in your initial deck can act as your sideboard, allowing you to make changes between matches.

How Will the Cyberpunk TCG Tournament Work?

Our Cyberpunk TCG Beta Events will use a Swiss tournament structure.

At the end of the event, everyone receives 2 additional booster packs, on top of the packs included with their Beta Event Kit.

That means everyone who participates walks away with a substantial pile of Beta cards to explore.

Never Played Cyberpunk TCG Before?

No problem!

You don't need to be an experienced Cyberpunk TCG player to participate. We recommend checking out the game's official learning resources before the event, including the quick gameplay overview and official gameplay guide.

The Beta Event is designed to give players a chance to learn the game while experiencing it in a tournament environment.

If you already play other trading card games, you'll likely find plenty of familiar concepts, while Cyberpunk TCG brings its own mechanics and flavour to the table.
