shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated by Canada Post and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to the following provinces:

  • Alberta
  • British Columbia
  • Manitoba
  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Nova Scotia
  • Ontario
  • Prince Edward Island
  • Quebec
  • Saskatchewan

Some premium products are not available for delivery and can only be picked-up in-store.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are our regular store hours. Please have your order confirmation email and government photo ID with you and ready to show an employee when you come in to pick up your order.

International Shipping

We have currently paused international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you purchased your order using an account, you can also check your order details by logging in here.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Changing Delivery Address

Due to our anti-fraud policies, we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been placed. If you wish to change the order’s delivery address, please contact us to cancel your order. After it’s been cancelled, you may place the order again with the new address. 

Missing Packages Marked As Delivered

We are not liable for missing, stolen, or lost orders that have been marked as delivered. 

If tracking information shows that an item has been delivered, but you have not received your item, you can start a claims investigation with Canada Post.
