About Pokémon League

Pokémon League is a fun and accessible way for Pokémon fans to get together and have some fun! League events are open to all Pokémon TCG players regardless of experience level or skill. Using your own cards, you can play, trade, and even earn cool prizes! The best part is that you can do all this with other Pokémon players who love collecting and playing just as much as you do.

Pokémon League events are a great way to learn game basics and get the feel for Pokémon competitive play before beginning to compete in Pokémon tournaments. In fact, we also run Pokémon Championship Series competitions designed for Pokémon fans who are just getting started.

Just getting started?

The first step to participating in Play! Pokémon events such as Pokémon League is to set up a Pokémon Trainer Club account. Once you have set up your Pokémon Trainer Club account, you can track the events you attend and earn Championship Points and Play! Points. You’ll earn one Play! Point for every Pokémon League season you attend.

A Pokémon Trainer Club account is not required to participate in League events. However, players who do not have Trainer Club accounts and who are not opted in to the Play! Pokémon program cannot track their event progress, receive exclusive League distributions, or compete in Championship Series events such as League Cups and League Challenges.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the event, we will refund your ticket to store credit only.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or after the start time will not be refunded.

Event Prizing Policy

Prizing is awarded based on final standings at the conclusion of each event.
Prizes may include sealed product, store credit, or other merchandise, depending on attendance and event type.

Store Credit Information

Store credit is redeemable for merchandise at Emmett’s ToyStop only.
It cannot be redeemed for cash, does not expire, and has no cash value.
Store credit may be issued digitally or on a physical card.
Players under 18 are eligible to receive store credit prizes.
For players under 13, a parent or guardian may be informed of the prize balance upon request.
Lost or stolen store credit cannot be replaced.

All prize structures are determined by Emmett’s ToyStop in accordance with Pokémon Organized Play guidelines and may vary by event size or format.

The best staff

My 11-year-old says, the people who work there are very kind as are the players. We appreciate the opportunity for him to practice his skills and learn from the others. You honestly could not have better staff.

some of the nicest people. the guys who run the local are great and knowledgable and it's just such a blast! I've only been about 5 times now but look forward to my Tuesday or Thursday games so much!!!! Luraio all day lol
