Gameplay

Format: Sealed, 35-min swiss rounds, best of 1

Each participant receives a Pre-Rift Player Kit and uses its contents to play:

  • Build a deck using the included mini-preconstructed deck, five boosters, and a promo card.
  • Play in a paired tournament using the deck you construct.
  • Enjoy an accessible, beginner-friendly prerelease experience while previewing Unleashed ahead of launch.

Each pre-rift player kit will include the following:

  • 1 Mini-precon (15 cards, including Champion Legend, Champion Unit)
  • 5 Unleashed Booster Packs
  • 1 Pre-Rift Promo Card

Bulk Runes

We have bulk runes available for you to use.

Prizing

One pack will be added to the prize pool per attendee. The prize pool will be split amongst X-0 and X-1:

  • X-0: 30% of prize pool divided among players
  • X-1: 70% of prize pool divided among players

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the event, we will refund your ticket to store credit only. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or after the start time will not be refunded.

Event Prizing Policy

Prizing is awarded based on final standings at the conclusion of each event.
Prizes may include sealed product, store credit, or other merchandise, depending on attendance and event type.

Store Credit Information

  • Store credit is redeemable for merchandise at Emmett’s ToyStop only.
  • It cannot be redeemed for cash, does not expire, and has no cash value.
  • Store credit may be issued digitally or on a physical card.
  • Players under 18 are eligible to receive store credit prizes.
  • For players under 13, a parent or guardian may be informed of the prize balance upon request.
  • Lost or stolen store credit cannot be replaced.

All prize structures are determined by Emmett’s ToyStop in accordance with Pokémon Organized Play guidelines and may vary by event size or format.
