It includes a pretend "X-ray" scanner that lights up to reveal the X-ray cards. There's no reading required to play the game…but players have to be quick! An automatic timer counts down as players pick an ailment card, try to remember which X-ray card has a matching picture, and then scan it to find out if it's a match.
