Sent to the wrong address

I unfortunately sent my order to my old address in Arizona rather than my address in Iowa where I now live. By the time I had realized and notified you, it was already shipped and there was nothing I could do so I never ended up receiving my order. Unfortunately I am out the money paid for the order and whoever did receive it, decided to keep it despite it not being theirs. Therefore my experience was not very good. Not on your behalf, but over all it was not great.
